I'm new to Citi Data and I've found that every time the subject of finding a woman in other countries comes up, the Philippines seems to be always mentioned. Sometimes, I get the vibe that foreign men think that they can just go to the Philippines and pick up a girl like they're some merchandise at a Dept. Store. Maybe a prostitute (which is probably available in most countries of the world) but not a decent educated woman. Contrary to popular belief, a lot of Filipno girls don't dream of marrying a foreign guy. I'm married to an American guy but it wasn't by design. Somehow by fate we met when we were really young and hence why I'm here in the US. i also have a few nieces college grads with jobs who have never even thought about meeting/ marrying a foreigner. I wouldn't mind at all if they expressed interest as I would be happy to have some family here.
I did. Wasn't looking for it per se, we just started taking in a forum and the rest is history. First he moved into my country, then I moved into his and got married.

I disagree. There are sooo many young pretty Filipinas married to obese Americans, more than 20-30 years their seniors. Yes, they are easy to pick, because of rampant poverty.

Yes, but it's not a representative of Filipino women and it's a minuscule segment of the population, considering there are almost 98 million Filipinos.
I've given up on looking for love abroad, too many obstacles. It will be an American woman for me, or if not one living in America. I might try Canada too.
If you can't get women in your own country, you're not going to be able to go to another country and attract a high quality girl. If you think you can be some fat slob in the US, attract no women and have no attraction towards you and that you're going to go to the Philippians and be some chick magnet and score good looking, well educated women.. you're nuts.
