I vote no, to. Usually if you examine your motives when you want to contact an ex, you'll find some part of you is hoping to re-open channels of communication using an occasion as a convenient excuse to violate NC. I have absolutely no hard feelings for any exes, but I don't wish them happy birthday, either.

Well , I just want to wish her a good day , since I am the one who has stopped contacting her first since last year. She is in Europe now.
