Don't think its necessary to tell a guy you got breast implants. It's pretty obvious when they are fake/plastic. If a guy is with a girl with fake breasts be assured he already knows and doesn't mind.

Never been with one, thankfully. I don't think I am all that attracted to the types that would get them though (outside of reconstructive surgery). Thankfully.
