In my profession, men and women, as well as co-workers. You get over the fantasy of desire really quick and ID it for what it is. Does anyone like tracking dog poop around their apartment, on their shoes, being afraid to answer the phone, calling the police to make reports? It's no level of fun, degrading, annoying, and infuriating. There is no rationale for it and you must stay on high alert to keep it from flooding you.
If it is stalking, it is NEVER fun. It's like equating rape to a bad roll in the hay. It is terrifying, unrelenting, and the closest level of unpleasant you can get, simply because it is unwanted and unreasonable. Outside of calling the police (I am nearly on speed dial, it's so unpleasant), there is little that works. You begin putting up interpersonal barriers, recording phone calls, forwarding e-mails, etc. It's never good, it never turns around to good, and it will never be seen as good. It just may put me out of the running with more favorable pursuits, simply because it is so onerous. When the day comes and the looks you get turn from admiration to 'must-have,' you just simply pull yourself out of contention for anything. Between a dozen and two dozen times. Some just discontinued, others needed warnings from police, others continue in hot pursuit, with the idea they will wear me out, and they will get an officer's knock on the door.

What if you call the Police and your friends just laugh at you and tell you to handle it yourself? That means there aren't many women whom they think could/can take you or pose any serious threat to you.
I'll give 'em a good show if I know they really want me. You know, point to my specimen and mouth the words "so you want this eh?"
