Mr. CSD uses Sleepy Time tea often, I put a wee bit of honey in it for him and he will have one or two cups right before he goes to wander his timbers of slumber.

never sleep well on Sunday nights, I think it's worrying about the work week stress...... this Sunday sucks extra bad because I have to work swing shift for the next week or two.... gonna suck really bad, I don't usually have to do that so I'm trying to keep a stiff upper lip about it....

You'll be okay, Chow. Just stay up as late as you can tonight. At least an hour past the time you're supposed to drive home on your first shift.

Always worked for me.

Yeah, I suppose it's not the end of the world, and hopefully it's just a couple of weeks. It's not my project but I'm helping out with it.
