I do, but I don't have access to a Mac at the moment. Xcode (https://developer.apple.com/xcode/) only runs on OS X last time I checked. I mostly build for Android.
You could also do something like Xamarin where you code once and port to all platforms (http://xamarin.com/), but I haven't used it yet.

I want a checkbook register for my iPad/iPhone that will sync but I want it specific without rolly thingys to put the danged date in, I dislike those things.
