A bit of information that may come in handy in your future:
It is not a good idea to use the last little bit of Coffeemate Extra Sweet and Creamy liquid creamer in the Macaroni and Cheese you want to heat up for a snack. (blech)
I made my once every 6 months post on FB and I've gotten a couple of comments on it and one was that it was a great post and it was "deep"
People need to learn what deep means... it was surface level post about the obviousness of life... I guess it's cool that someone can think my posts are deep... but deep is relative... when you're standing in the shallow end...
How deep is that really
Chow, your shallow could be my deep one moment and the next moment my deep could be your deep.
It all depends on what the topic is, what sort of mood we are both in and how deep we really want to delve into whatever topic has been put out in the pond we are wading in.
Well, except I don't go wading in ponds or pools or anything deeper than the shower when it comes to water, so I guess your deep will always be my shallow in regards to showers.

Relative is the key.
I guess I'm used to waxing here and having people get it.
I waxed there and it was like I went to a formal dinner and wiped my ***** off on the curtains..........
Over the top... maybe... but again.... I have an over the top sense of personality....
The only problem is is that I haven't done anything..... LOL....

Can anyone here advise me on how to make good use of Linkedin to get a job and develop professional contacts ?
I'll take help from the career services, but external input from HR people is always appreciated .
Anyways, I met this very good looking yet super shy girl, and want to make friends. I talked with her for half hour yesterday @ the lounge (just relaxing after a tough week of work). She seemed really down and overburdened with her coursework (something I go through quite often). Being good friends might be something that would help, as we are currently going through similar experiences.
Although our majors differ, she's doing physiology and I'm into Robotics. Both can go hand in hand though, and its possible to come up with cool innovations using advances from both backgrounds. I see lots of potential here to diversify my knowledge, what do you think ?
