Adi,

You know how important it is to keep constant with those supplements being vegetarian, now go take your supplements and quit trying to lift more weight than you are trained to do. Work up to that slowly, like 5 pounds at a time, okay, okay.

Hello again everyone.

To tell you again how spoiled Walter is, the neighbor makes a path from our place across the pasture to their place so Walter has a clear trail to run over and get his pig ear daily.

I know, I love the way she described it. I also like the silence part, and hearing it falling from a branch, etc.

I love using a tractor for moving snow. Bucket down and throttle up.

Artemis, my day has actually been outstanding, I got all the monthly things paid today, I have 2 credit cards for my business with lower limits on them and paid them both off today, got all of my out of the house errands completed, got my food saver so I can return the one I am borrowing, got the new soda stream for $25.00 off instead of $20.00 off (they let me use 2 coupons),
and had a small run in with a mouse and the bathroom door handle (this resulted in my bleeding profusely for about 20 minutes).

Sea, you are probably ahead of me today, since I've been out I haven't had that much coffee because I have been in and out of the vehicle a more than a few times today.

Yes, thing was I ran out mid week and waited till I had time yesterday morning to get my supplements. I'll be more careful with keeping count from next time onwards.

I call it the "drive home" Syndrome, LOL. Happened to me a lot when I lived in NJ. Ill think "do XYZT en route to home", and completely forget about it after hitting the freeway .
