Fortunately our neighbor who is also the landlord who is also very close friends have a Polaris and a tractor with a big bucket on it to move the snow out of the way.
To tell you again how spoiled Walter is, the neighbor makes a path from our place across the pasture to their place so Walter has a clear trail to run over and get his pig ear daily.
Obviously the whole snow thingy's aren't really required where I am...

Artemis, my day has actually been outstanding, I got all the monthly things paid today, I have 2 credit cards for my business with lower limits on them and paid them both off today, got all of my out of the house errands completed, got my food saver so I can return the one I am borrowing, got the new soda stream for $25.00 off instead of $20.00 off (they let me use 2 coupons),
and had a small run in with a mouse and the bathroom door handle (this resulted in my bleeding profusely for about 20 minutes).

Yes, thing was I ran out mid week and waited till I had time yesterday morning to get my supplements. I'll be more careful with keeping count from next time onwards.

I call it the "drive home" Syndrome, LOL. Happened to me a lot when I lived in NJ. Ill think "do XYZT en route to home", and completely forget about it after hitting the freeway .
