I love the painting part. I hate the prep work, lol.

I'll see if I can salvage any once we get home. We got back to his dad's house right at sunset last night, so I took some of that from his backyard, along with his pool reflecting in the darkness. I hope they come out half as pretty as it looked in person. Oh, and the crescent moon, lol. It's so peaceful out here. We really love it. And the weather is beyond perfect right now.
ha I do the same with shopping, get something in my head... can't find it and give up (you know, the whole shops thing).

Ooh sounds really pretty, sunset, perfect weather, sounds like a good time

I was able to convince Mr. CSD that we needed to stay at our daughter's one more night so I only have to deal with the sister in laws for a few hours tomorrow evening and maybe Sunday Morning.
It is going to be a good weekend after all....heh heh heh

I have new photos for you of a new blanket, I will have them posted soon.

Devious.

CSD, I'm sorry if you've mentioned this before, but are you making all these quilts and blankets for gifts?

The doggie is a cutie too!

After we get home I will put up the photos of Rooster and Walt out in the snow.
Rooster is so funny, he will lay down in the snow then start eating, then we we has eaten all of the snow in one spot he will army crawl to a different spot and start eating that snow.
Do you have any idea how silly a St. Bernard looks army crawling in the snow?
