CSD, I'm sorry about your husband! I'm fortunate that it's minor enough so I shouldn't need surgery. I will have to do physical therapy. The Advil definitely isn't cutting it for the pain, though. I actually hurt both arms but the right is worse. Of course that's my dominant hand.
I am happy to hear it is minor as far as the pain goes a very old, very wise Doctor gave me a strong suggestion one time regarding pain.
Don't do it for very long but it does help because pain is also inflammation when injured so you need something to soothe both.
He told me to take 2 tylenol and 2 ibuprofen at the same time, the first for the pain the second for the inflammation. You only want to do this for the first day or so after injury but it does help take the edge off because it does soothe the inflammation of the injury.
Also rotate from cold compress to warm compress and if you do not have anything made for the cold compress, frozen peas are the best to use because the peas will "surround" your elbow, if that makes any sense.
Some of these girls are here are ratchet! They're either cheating on their husband with another girl, have STD's, had sex partners before marriage, or lying about birthcontrol and ended up getting pregnant. It's good drama to read but I still SMH. Luckily, what i read on this board isn't a good representation of girls I know in real life.

The unfortunate part is some in real life only encounter those type of males and females, no wonder the dating pool is a stinking muddy virus filled disaster.
I am so happy I am married and not dealing with all that mess.
On a lighter note Mr. CSD didn't come home tonight but he did text me right before he went to bed and all the text said was: Good night, I Love You.
Just makes me fuzzy like a peach all over...
