I'm with SD on the low balling thing, I wouldn't go too low, but you obviously are more aware of the particulars of the situation, but as SD said your offer was significantly lower than the listed price and that can sort of **** people off to a degree.

Either way, best of luck, hope you get it for that nice low 22k price.....

Here is my desk. Somewhat organized.

Nice desk setup & Apple computer SD

What size is your Apple monitor screen?.....I bought a 27" HP monitor online, for my desktop PC. I like the bigger monitor a lot. Previously I was looking at a 17" laptop. What a difference

It's 21.5". I like it a lot. The upgraded OS is awesome.

^^^^^^ is an hour from the kids and the one I like the best.
Both homes look to have potential. I don't see a garage for #2....I like the idea of both having full basements.

I've got a 23" all-in-one style PC, I like it, has the wireless keyboard and mouse so there is a lot less clutter on the desk, plus being all in one you don't have the separate computer/monitor... so it's a cleaner installation overall.

I wanted to get the 27" all in one, but the price difference was too much to justify, but PC prices drop really fast, so it's probably the same cost as my 23"... but what the heck... 23" is pretty good too... at some point you start to run out of desk space to have those big boys on there... LOL...

I'm sorry your roommates friend was attacked. I have no use for thugs.

The wireless keyboard and mouse are dandy. First use of a wireless keyboard was 10 years ago. In that setting it wasn't great. It worked.

23" is good. I've been watching some Amazon movies & tv series on the computer. It looks much better then on the laptop...

What brand is your all-in-one. I haven't seen one of those listed before.
