We went down to old town St. Charles tonight in the west burbs of St. Louis. Thousands of people deep. They have a lot of shops, restaurants, bars, etc. And they have people playing Santas from different generations, people playing toy shop elves and handing stuff out to the kids, christmas carolers, people roasting chestnuts over an open fire, and Beer!
