Well, I suppose if a woman is wearing only shoes, she might be more attractive to men than a man wearing clothing would be to women, so the man would have to work a little harder and have to have more going for him than the woman.

Let me guess: a male designed that picture?

Like I said there is some truth to it, but it isn't gospel. I think it was meant to be a somewhat funny commentary and not some universal truth.

Also, guys don't come off as particularly flattering either in that picture. It basically states that men put looks ahead of personality and women at least take sense of humor and intellect into account.
