I'm at a mall right now: how does one go about picking up girls here? Just striking up random conversation & hoping for the best? Making funny comments to break the ice?
Anyone here have any success stories? I'm 27, btw. Not horrific-looking.
Seriously? Wow! You may look like someone's Dad there to pick up your daughter.
I don't think the OP was socialized in the US. I think he heard via the grapevine back home before arriving here that the mall is where you pick up women.

To think about, malls arent really a bad place to seek women. Women in general love to browse, shop, eat. However, women who shop are pretty focused on the task at hand and isn't expecting to get hit on, I would guess.

Perhaps, you can offer to carry their bags, OP.
People are more friendly in malls than on the street. And generally the atmosphere is more relaxed.
Not a bad place at all.

I agree, but I just dont see men (25+) making a day of it trying to pick up women; one would look like a mall creeper.
I dont know about other men, but I cant stand malls. You'll find me at the sports bar next to a mall instead; along with the other guys waiting for their SO to finish shopping, Lol
Women shop the most when they are pmsing, may want to avoid some.
See, thats what I mean, Lol
