This is normal behavior if boundaries and rules are not set and consistent. My son is almost 5 and I have found that if I start to bend at all, he will just keep testing and testing and testing the boundaries. NO WAY would these things keep going on in my house. These parents are doing their child an injustice by letting him run wild.
