Wow, this was reported on my local fox station that most women admitted to having a backup husband in mind just in case the current marriage doesn't work out. Some went back to ex-boyfriends and for some it was coworkers.
I can understand this for both genders if you are dating but when you are married?
I'm surprised. I'd like to know how they arrived at the "most women" part. I've known a number of women who couldn't even get dates, let alone have a spare husband lined up. It sounds bogus. I've seen beautiful married women be flirty, but the plainer janes don't do that. It wouldn't matter if they did, no one would react. Who conducted the survey, Huff Post itself? From among their readers? Not authoritative. Not even serious. Pffft.
The Huff Post has turned into a crappy rag newspaper lately.
This is what I was thinking. They must be getting desperate to sell product. I'm surprised this thread wasn't started by that John guy who starts troll threads all over the forums: "NEWS! Most Women Admit Having 'backup husbands' in Mind". lol

I'm wondering why they called the poll "not so scientific." Other than that - I have a hard time buying it. If it is true - and I mean on a grand scale - then that's just pathetic. Don't get married if you would rather be with someone else.

It is worth noting that even the article says this was a "very unscientific survey"
Not to mention, 50% of how many?? 20 women? 20,000 women?
Most women I know say they'd never remarry if they lost their husbands, though I do understand that could just be my demographic (over 50).
