You cannot cure "crazy", at the first sign of any form of mental illness run away.

Don't chase anybody...be available yes, but not needy.

Some things happens for a reason, even if you cannot understand.

Do not ignore "red flags".

Use common sense.

Just because things are not bad doesn't mean they are good either.

Good communication is the key to any healthy relationship.

Remember...there is no such thing as "one true love".

When you meet someone who is completely compatible, who makes your relationship as good as you can imagine, you will always see her as that woman you met in the beginning. Even after the years go by, and the body ages, it's funny, how you still see that person you fell for, she is as beautiful as you first discovered. She will become timeless, in her appearance, and you will wonder how she stays looking so great after all that time.....it's unexplainable...When you have that, and express your appreciation for her efforts...the return for that timelessness is huge, and will keep your fires ablaze with each passing year. I dated a woman, who would use it, and all her inhibitions dropped, which was a nice bonus for me.

Never, ever settle for anyone who takes you for granted ...or doesn't treat you like you're the best person in his/her life.
