If it's after 7pm in the evening during the week, Mon to Fri, it's a 95% chance Im home so calling is the preferred method of communication

Have you provided her your normal schedule? In writing? Did she need to sign verifying receipt of another of your idiosyncrasies?

Does your "no texting after 7pm" apply to everyone, or just romantic interests? If it's 6:58 is it okay? Are your clocks synced?
