I have a female neighbor that is seeing a male that tells her that he doesn't want any males at her place. This includes her male neighbors, and/or male maintenance workers. What would you call this?

I would call it unrealistic to expect that she never interact with any males without his supervision.

It is overprotective, insecure, and controlling.

if its his house and he is sayng he doesnt want unknown people in the place he calls home then thsts fine

if he is telling his girl that he doesnt want any male species within 100ft of her unsupervised then that is a 'red flag' as you c-ders like to say

Controlling and potentially dangerous. Extreme possessiveness has the potential to become violent.
