I would not date B if he were the last man on earth.
Regarding A: it depends. If he asked me out and took me to a fancy expensive restaurant, then sprung it on me during the date that I was paying half, I would be repulsed by his bad manners. I would "pay my share" and not see him again.
However, if we discussed who was paying upfront (while I still had the option to decline) and if it was a restaurant that I was excited about, and if he were the last man on earth and I had no other options, then I would accept.
If I asked him out on the date, I would pay both our shares and the nervousness wouldn't bother me at all. Being sweaty wouldn't bother me if it was new, nervous sweat. If it was leftover, smelly sweat from his gym workout earlier that day then I would be grossed out and not continue dating him.
-Letter B date is checking out the waitress the whole time.
-Letter A date takes you to a fancy restaurant but tells you it's only the first date so you have to pay for your half.

-Letter B date takes you to get fastfood but pays for everything and drives you.
