I didn't work there, but I had friends that used to work at some of those chain steakhouses in the town I grew up in and they were always hooking up with each other. A lot of those waitresses were pretty hot, too.

And that's why you're probably oblivious to what else is out there. That's why I have the opinion that I have. I've actually seen both sides of this, not just the innocent side that you've been exposed to most of your life.

As far as I know we aren't using each other, however, she comes from a wealthy family and has certain expectations. Fortunately I do as well. If neither looks nor money mattered we would see the poor and fat pairing up with the trim and privileged, but that's not really how it works.

If you are only with her because she's hot and she's only with you because of your money - then I would say that that is using each other. But that's just me. Looks and money matter - but differently to different people. Is she also okay with you spending money on other women so that you can sleep with them as well?
