I have my belly button pierced and several other, more private, ones. I happen to like them a lot. What others think? That doesn't really matter all that much to me.
Not my thing at all....
I'm not into piercings, I've never had any desire to get a tattoe, I'm not even interested in dying my hair or shopping at malls. But that's just me.
Piercing is such a primitive custom that it makes me wonder if mankind is headed back to the caves...Piercing body parts and decorating yourself with shiny things is not for me....I'm not a Christmas tree.

To each their own, I say. And, honestly, I would have gone nutso ages ago if I truly cared about what others thought.
As far as the "others" go, I like them, and so does my bf, who's the only other one privy to them. As long as we're content, what others may think is completely irrelevant.

I just couldn't say that I was "with you" on the other piercings since I don't have any private ones. I love body mods though, wish I could get more. ITA with you, what others think is totally irrelevant.
No offense to those who do have them, but I don't care for any piercings on the body. It's the ultimate of tackiness and an indication that the person has an extremely frivilous side that is a turn-off for me. God, what in the hell is going on with this country? Tongue, body, belly-button, 5 piercings on each ear. Eye-lid, nose piercings. Tattoos. Not for me.
What's next? A bone through the nostrils? Lip removal? Skull piercing?
Like a doorknocker on the gates of trashy cliche hell.
