This is more a question for guys, but women can give their opinion too!
Have you ever been in a situation where you were casually dating/hooking up with a girl and things ended, then after several months of no contact they got back in touch with you and wanted to see you? How did you feel about it, and what did you do? Or if you haven't been in the situation, how do you think that you would feel/react?
To give a more specific example...girl and guy hung out for about 3 months, and that was a little bit of stuff like going to dinner/hanging out at bars/watching movies, but it was mostly getting together late at night on Saturdays and "hooking up" (no sex, just oral/making out/ect) and spending the night cuddling. After that time, the guy pretty much faded out on the girl because they weren't looking for the same things (guy wasn't looking to get into a relationship, girl was...girl was a virgin and didn't feel ready to have sex with no commitment, guy wanted to). Things didn't really end on bad terms though, the last interaction a few weeks after the fade out was just a random friendly chat, and then from there no more contact. Would it come off as weird/pathetic for the girl, who has been sort of regretting her perspective on things at the time, to contact him (six months after the fact) and try to get together again and maybe take things further?
As long as the girl fully understands that he could very well disappear AGAIN even after being intimate with her, sure go for it. Nothing weird or pathetic about it.
So she now wants to start having sex with him?
As long as she realizes this will not make it a relationship and he can discontinue any or all of the activities at any time.. go for it.
That's a really sweet story! Fully not what I would expect to happen in this situation, but I'm happy that it worked out in your case.
