I met a girl on okcupid and went on a date. She just go out of a 5 year relationship. Her ex cheated on her. She said she's just seeing what is out there.
She said that during the date and then again when I asked her on a second date (which she did agree to)
Should I just take this slow and see where it leads?

Yes... the relationship I am currently in (9 months) started out exactly as you explained, except 2 years, not 5
If you're just looking for a good time I'd say why not, if you're looking for a LTR or marriage, I'd say move on, she's telling you right up front that nothing is going to come of it. I'd suggest you listen to her.
Any girl who is out dating and saying "I don't want commitment" is basically just looking to have sex with a bunch of guys.
You can get laid easily, but if you want anything remotely stable.. I'd just steer clear.
This.
