I had to take Vito to the vet because his eyeballs are oozing, and he has sores on his belly from allergies. Poor guy got his blood taken, and got a shot, and he was not happy about it. Now he gets to have ear and eye drops and antibiotics. Joy.
Aw, poor Vito.

Lol! Surely it couldn't have been worse than Vito's face.
Lol, another garage sale in your future? Are you still making the offer?
Yes and I told Mr. CSD a few weeks ago that the things not sold in the garage sale over the weekend were going with us and we were having a "Moving In" sale because humans being human they are nosy and we will be the "new people" in town so they will come around just to see what we have......LOL

Okay, things change with a phone call.
NOW we find out that the owner has decided to split the lots into 2 & 2, the lot with the home and the one behind it is for sale at the listed price.
The back 2 lots are a different price but they will be happy to drop the original listed price by $1400.00 and sell us all 4 lots.

I had a friend that I went to the vet with her.She took her ferret and they took the temp. The ferret liked it a little to much.

Lol, our cat was a basket case every time we took him to the vet. Whenever they took his temp, though, he was still and gave no reaction. I was always surprised at how well he took it, too. Either that or I pictured him thinking, This can't be happening. lol

I told them good luck.
Ugh. How frustrating. Are you looking at any other places?

I have been looking at real estate for 5 years another few days/weeks/months/years isn't going to make much difference.
We did find another home in the same little city but that seller has no idea where their property lines are so we told them good luck.
The other one I found in the same little town is actually the best home purchase in the town but it is much more than we are willing to pay.
