I often manage to get my mitts on really cheap cuts of London Broil, like $3.99/lb. Basic marinade and some acidity and they're like buttah.

I'm going to have a beach party at myrtle beach with my buddies. Hope I don't end up running into any pretty girls, lol.

The last time I was in a swimming trunks at the age of 14 or so, I was swimming and bumped heads with this really pretty chic. But she was older than me, so too bad .

Fun air conditioning fact that may appeal to Adi....

Air conditioning systems are rated in "Tons" of cooling capacity....... that is an old way of doing things that seems to have hung on forever.

Back around the turn last century, in large theatres they used to put huge blocks of ice up high in the venue and would run fans across the ice to cool the theater.... they used to measure air conditioning loads and capacities by how long it took a "ton" of ice to melt down to water....

Fun fact brought to you by your local ASHRAE rep.....

Captain HVAC had to get schooled by daddy one time...... daddy explained to him that his little strip mall work on the rooftop "bangers" is chicken feed and bottom rung in our industry... the real players are the "building automation" people........ his little ape like mind didn't appreciate that, I think his knuckles dragged a little more after that bit of info was dispensed upon him....
