I am on my way to snuggle in myself, I have felt sort of okay but not exactly today.
More later ~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Edited to add: I just too Walter out for the last time this evening and the guy up the road with the fireworks and RV's also has a live band playing.......yay
Also, I think I don't feel so well today because I am always borderline anemic with my illness, I can always tell when the anemia starts because I start craving ice.
Well, our plans just changed, Mr. CSD apparantly is getting sick and we have no idea why or what he is sick with but his supper did not stay with him long.
His diabetes numbers fluctuated within a few minutes as well, he was at 94 which is good and 15 minutes later he was at 135 and did not have anything to eat or drink except for water.
Aw, I'm sorry, CSD. Hope he feels better.

Sea, he said the broth helped and so far he has kept it down, maybe he got a bit over heated when he was mowing. It wasn't real hot today temperature wise but it was humid so he may have just been dehydrated.
I didn't have any actual chicken stock in the house so I did the next best thing I could think of.
I will use the Knorr Beef Stock or Chicken Stock containers that are gel sort of. Anyway, I have some of those so I took two of those and two cups of water and boiled the water, dissolved those in the hot water, added pepper and whisked it until it was smooth and gave it to Mr. CSD.

I was going to go to bed but with him getting sick I decided to stay up for a while just to keep an eye on him.
He rarely gets sick and with the diabetes a small illness can turn into a huge problem if his sugar goes too high or too low.
Diabetes is a terrible disease to have and one's life just like dealing with any other disease or accident can change in a mere moment.

Yes, it's a really scary disease. You really have to be vigilant with it. My brother has it, and so does Chow's dad. And my stepfather had it.
Weather has been strange lately, sweating the nads off one moment, looking for the light sweater the next..... we were sitting out on our balcony a little while ago, waitng for the fireworks and the breeze kicked up and I was getting chilly....... don' ever recall getting a little chilly at night during July??????
I just checked Mr. CSD and he is still breathing and warm so I am going to get on my way and get some sleep.
