That's his biggest hurdle: portion control. He spent a good 20 years of his life bulking in the gym and eating 4000-5000 calories/day, so it's been a tough adjustment to now eat half as much because he can't work out the same way he used to. I'm just glad his wake-up call didn't have to come in the form of a massive heart attack.
Sleep apnea, insomnia... I suppose sleep is my cross to bear...... friggin sucks...... lack of sleep has a way of infusing it's self into all aspects of life......

Yes I done the same when I was about 18-21 pushing weights but if you don't use it you lose it!!!
Lol yes whilst you all went to bed last night I was still up at 6am had 2 hours sleep and now it's 17:38
