We watched a documentary on Amy Winehouse today, whew.... that poor woman was a train wreck before she got famous, and man, fame did not help her out at all, she was a talent and during the documentary they showed her performing and they put her lyrics on the screen as she was singing them and she really had some pretty cool lyrics, she wrote her own music. I'm not a huge fan of her music, a little too jazzy for my tastes, but she was undeniably a talented woman, too bad show had to go and join the 27 club.
Sad stuff, watching that doc sort of F'ed up my day, I saw a lot of me in her, only with her it was over-the-top, but yeah, I can relate to her on a few levels.
