What is sushi? Is it Actually raw fish?

Sushi typically isn't raw, that's sashimi as I was talking about earlier, I'm not a big sushi fan or sashimi in general.

A good introduction to Japanese food would be teriyaki and some of the lightly battered foods, typically veggies that are lightly fried in what is called "tempura" batter, good and light, not as heavy as the typical fish & chips that the English are more familiar with.

The English like the Americans we aren't really known for our culinary contributions to the world, like the Italians and the French are known for....

See now that teriyaki I could gets used to LOL!

in fairness I think the hot dog and fish and chips are a still a great contribution

Well ok then maybe not cuisine but I'd still settle for us both being world leaders

( USA and the U.K. not you and me mate 😂😂😂😂 )
