Maybe cause I'm older and been with the same woman for a long time, but if at 8 months he's saying this stuff it isn't going to get much better, I'm sorry OP, I'd pack it up and move on.
8 months isn't all that huge of an investment, you'll be a bit upset for a while, but I'm sure you'd move on just fine.

I have told him and I made him choose either he stays with me and is loyal or we can BREAK up and he gets to sleep around all he wants but he loses me.

I do trust him because he isn't actually the cheating type. he's had a bunch of opportunitys to cheat on me and he's has said it a couple of times. I just trust him the same way he trust me not to sleep around and stuff which I wouldn't do either way plus he always says
