Hmmm. I see women every day walking around here in shorts and skirts because it frequently is close to 100 degrees. I think they are wearing it to be comfortable, not because they want comments on their "art work". Your thinking is sexist and outdated.

Artwork? Revealing clothing? They're legs, most people have them, and use them to move their bodies from place to place by foot.
