My girlfriend admitted she had been stuffing her bras because she's embarrassed about her chest. I still love her for who she is though, she still wants to stuff them when she goes out. Should I let her or try to talk to her about it?
If she wants to do it, she will. There's no letting her. Unless you hold a gun to her head, you can't stop her from doing anything. It may just make her feel nice in general, and more confident while out. It's nice that you like her body as is. But she's not doing it for you. She's done it before you came along, and may still be doing it after you're gone.
You could tell her how you don't think she needs to. but in the end, if she wants to keep doing such, let her. Because she will.

My eyes are messed up. And if can help it, I keep hair pulled over in front of one eye. My mother thinks I am overreacting, and I should be myself and not hide behind my hair. She thinks I look fine as is. Well that's nice and dandy, but I don't even like looking at myself in a mirror due to it. So when I leave the house, it makes me feel better to have it hidden. I am very self-conscious otherwise. So I will continue to cover it.
Same for your girlfriend. She'll stuff for vanity and to feel better when she's out and about. Eventually, if she has the money, she may get implants, and if you're still together and she decides that, you'll just have to be supportive, or leave. Because in the end, everyone is in charge of their own body-nobody else has any real authority over it.

It is weird, I mean she doesn't need to, she's beautiful.
Truth be told.....the majority of women are not even happy with their appearance.
The prettier they are the more self conscience they are.
If single men really knew about the insecurities that went through some of these ladies heads...they wouldn't be so nervous to approach and talk to them.
OP...just have fun with her.
No different then guys who wish they had a bigger package.
