"Time to pay for an expense"? What do you mean? Women usually pay for their own bills. Or do you mean, a meal? A dating expense? Well, that's the guy's fault for suggesting a date that involves an expense. They don't have to. That was more my point. The OP is only talking about finding a gf or hooking up. That doesn't involve any expense; you just have to capture someone's attention and interest, and you're off and running. ....so to speak.
