Cracking up. I like you TJ, well she said you don't spend a lot on her or when you go out. I agree you don't have to spend a lot all the time but the bare minimum doesn't fly all the time either.

Controling is when you can't give a simple compliment.You want her to feel insecure so she doesn't go elsewhere. Also with money (I agree she needs to have her own, so she can do what she wants) but you control the situation of the outing.

So, it takes some time to decide whether "selfish princess" attitude is something you want to live with? If that decision takes longer than a nano-second to make, then I feel bad for you. You have a lifetime of crappy relationships ahead of you.
