I already live with enough criticism of my self to make up for having wife, it's like being married to my self as it is .
Except I can laugh at my self, and not misinterpret what it is I'm laughing about, then argue over what I really meant.
I am always learning things, and building to suit my curiosity, and I'm not arguing with my self to figure out why I did that .
Life is not boring, I have too much to do to get board.
I don't hover over my self after stubbing a toe, I moan and deal with it and move on.
I go out and have coffee and meet people and no one else is competing for the attention.
Get home watch a movie and go to sleep, some times in the chair or some times in the bed .
No one complains if I snore , or use up all of the twin size bed.
As for looks , I see my self every day and amuse to the shock so it doesn't bother me.
I have friends that are not particularly good looking at all but that does not change their value as a person. Looks are subjective. personality really plays a part.

Me too. I don't mean polar opposite, but I tend to like people who do have traits opposite to myself. So if I were a guy, no, I most likely would not date myself. Could probably be good friends with myself though.

Opposite traits like what? Are you saying that if you're calm and quiet, you prefer someone who's bold and talkative?

No. I'm too avoidant. Nothing would ever happen.

I'd probably be too needy and clingy. Then what?
