When I'm all in a lather over the latest life-obstacle, he's got this way of saying the right thing to just bring me back to a place where I can logically think through the problem, rather than head for the nearest highway overpass. It could be a private joke, an insightful question, or maybe a rambling speech replete with pregnant pauses; whatever it is, he quickly diffuses the situation. He's also really hot, good at fixing things, and is an awesome dad.

Something I liked about my ex - When he was home and I wasn't, he clicked to open the garage door when he saw me drive into the court and I did the same when he came home.
Even though we both had a remote. It put me instantly in a good mood when I came home.
