If she stares at me with deer in the headlights kind of stare and she doesn't look away, does this mean she wants me? Before, she would only glance, but on three occasions now, she looks right at me.
She's a stranger that rides the public transit who I see sometimes. I rarely see her, and when I do, it's literally only within seconds, so it's hard to ask her out. I do know where she works. Would it be too creepy to show up at her work building and wait for her there? I have no other options and I want to ask her out!

Write a small sign for her that says, "Would you like to go out with me?"
Hold it up when she looks your way or just hand it to her within those seconds you have.
