Yes they exist but they'll probably be obsessed with something else, like sports, porn, alcohol, drugs, etc...many men seem to have addictive personalities.

I find it funny that now as an adult who can afford all the games he wants my interest is no longer there.

It goes both ways

No one is ever too old for video games you need to lighten up
If they like that as a hobby you need to respect them?
How would you feel if your man told you your too old for playing with dolls an collecting them is childish or your too old to watch powerpuff girls or jersey shore?

Theres always goin to be something you hate about someone or don't like

Actually, I do find the Kardashians stupid, politics hypocritical, movies these days often terrible, don't watch soap operas, and most celebrities not worth the time of day.

As far as video games go, I was thinking back to when I stopped being attracted to them. Oh, sure, I played Duke Nukem 3D (didn't fall for the traps because I used real tactics about avoiding kill zones), Quake, and UT2004. At the time, we got pretty well hooked into it, just like we did with Galactic Trader in the 90's.....but some how I missed the allure of MUDs.

The last was rather tragic in a way. We would watch people on the computer lab security cameras, getting so entwined in the game, spending all night in the lab playing that, and then sleeping in, not going to class. Rinse, repeat. One girl I knew was fortunate because her friends would pick her and chair up and carry her to class like that. She did eventually graduate.

What I think turned me away was UT2004 and some of the players making it entirely their own little world, from running music so you couldn't here anything to using cheat codes. Of course, it didn't help my playing since those who became supergood and dodged everything were using cable while I was still on dial up.

Long story short, the experts made it so it wasn't fun anymore and I got burned out.

So, that comes back to relationships. If the guy is playing video games all the time, if he is thinking video games all the time, he ought to realize that it is not fun for "me" and that I'll probably soon be walking.

He needs to realize what is important. Whether it is the relationship or their college career, if they can't wake up and realize what they are sacrificing, we-ll.........................
