Sadly, you can't help him until he wants help. And he doesnt. HE's perfectly happy doing what he's doing. There comes a point where you just have to save yourself. I dont know what the answer to that is, but its easy to see you are emotionally drained. I dont know what you can do now except maybe lead by example. Be the best person you can be for yourself. Maybe one day he'll see that and ask you for help in becoming the same way. But if not, you have to let him jump off the cliff without following.
