There are some guys who do hit on me, but they are not my type. I happen to prefer tall men, because I'm on the short side. It's not that he needs to be drop dead gorgeous, but there must be something that I like physically about him, for me to be drawn in.

I would say work on the social skills part. That is going to help you a lot more than breast augmentation ever will.
If you are 5'4" - why do you need someone tall? I'm 5'4". Most men are taller than me. I dated men of all heights.
If you are socially awkward - you can work on that. That would be your best bet.
I've always had a fascination with tall men. I'm not sure why, it's just a fantasy (lol, it's not like I have any suitors at the moment), but I would prefer to date someone tall.
