I don't think what I said translated to all women having an attitude.
I'm also just saying that I don't feel like jumping through hoops or going through hell and high water to make a woman feel good if she gives me a cold shoulder from the jump. Some guys may see that as a challenge and want to "wear her down", but I'm more of the spiteful type, so I may either give someone the same kind of attitude they give me or... only speak to them with some type of ulterior motive.
The point is that sure, you never know if a stranger is going to want to talk to you, but if you get better at reading body language and picking up social cues, you won't approach too many women who need to be worn down or who give you the cold shoulder. You'll talk to women who want to talk to you back.

So many guys that complain about women have this problem....they can't pick up social cues...either positive or negative. But...hey...it's everyone else's fault.
A few times, but it was mostly the case of being in the right place at the right time I think. It was usually situations where the girl had just broken up with someone & she was feeling a little lonely.
