People remember fondly many parts of previous relationships, first loves and loves afterwards. Being so insecure that you cannot handle the fact that a person may have fond memories of previous relationships is going to be a big problem for you. Non-crazy people don't even concern themselves with this.
You need to just decide if you are willing to expose your feelings on her, or not. If you are, no matter what happens, learn from it. Nobody can tell you how she will act, or feel, only she can, and that may not even manifest itself in a timely manner.
