I think 22 is too old to still be worrying about what's "cool."
You had sex- you're not a virgin. Being in love or not has nothing to do with it. At 22, you should be mature enough to not be worrying about this on the internet. Just go live your life.

If you are 22, you probably now realize that a lot of the people who bragged in HS about having sex were just bragging and were actually virgins.
You're not a virgin. You don't get to have do-overs until you have sex with the right person and then consider it popped. A lot of us would probably consider the person we lost our virginity with to be a mistake, but there are no do-overs.
There's nothing wrong with not being in a meaningful sexual relationship when you're 22. You have years to find the right person to settle down with. There's also nothing wrong with getting some more (safe) practice in while you look for that right person though.
in addition to not being a virgin, you should not be worrying about what is "cool". Some people think you are not cool unless you use heroin. So don't judge yourself by other's standards as you are smart enough to know what is right and what is wrong. What you need to be concerned about is what is right for you. Now go out a find a good woman who you really love and who will not stab you in the back and don't be concerned about what others think.
Ask any 22 year-old single parent or a 22 and younger male paying child support. Don't live your life by what others do. I say forget cool. Make money.
