I have been married for 26yrs we lived in our home over 23yrs, and lost it 3yrs ago. He works salting cars, I work in factory. All he wants to do is drink and play lottery, and think I am going to pay all bills. He pays nothing. We live in condo now, he says I am sapose e to pay all bills for 3yrs I have I am not going to any more. I can do bad by my self. I work so hard at my job, I am moving out and getting my own apartment soon I just can't take care of a grown men, he dose not want anything, he can go live off of his sister or brothers! I just hope I don't have to pay a lot for a divorce?

I don't even get that, and the thing that gets me he is always talking about everyone else the rings they don't do, and the nerve to come here and pay nothing, bills comes every month.

See a lawyer. If you move out and your name is on the lease for the condo (or did you buy the condo?), you'd be liable for both rents. If you own the condo, you'll be liable for insurance and property taxes. Whose name is on the utility bills for the condo? You need legal advice.

You need a lawyer. Maybe some free legal help. Divorce without lawyers can cost as little as 500$, if not contested.

with his job salting cars, I can see why he would have difficulty paying bills.
