Most of those are pretty basic, OP. You're far from the first person to have composed a list like that.
If you're not finding people who are a halfway-decent fit, cast a wider net or change things up, look in some new places.

They seem basic, but you would be surprised at how many people are in relationships with people that fall under those categories.
I havent really started looking for a gf or wife yet. Always wanted to enjoy my 20's. I turn 30 this year so it's time to close that chapter of my life and move on to the next. Taking 6-12 months off in a nice warm location after my next contract finishes to actually seriously date for once.
How is that? Dont recall having any age specific pre-reqs.

Oh lol I don't know. A lot of guys dont actually adhere to any set list. Usually think with their small head and not much else. Keep putting yourself out there, you will catch something eventually. If you check all those then you are a great catch for some guy.
