Yeah. I think it's implanting of embryos. But the surrogate is just carrying. BUT I could be wrong.

This is SO Monty Python...

It's every man's right to have babies if he wants them.
But you can't have babies.
Don't you oppress me.
Where's the fetus going to gestate? You going to keep it in a box?

Why would someone have a uterus put in him if he wasn't in a relationship? Or did he have the surgery and the relationship didn't work out?

Man with uterus. Seems weird and overly complicated/risky considering other options.
But the surrogates sometimes get emotionally attached to the fetus they've been carrying for months, and there have been cases where they refuse to relinquish the baby. It's gone to court.

Yikes!

Although theoretically this would be possible, it would be a huge surgical and endocrinologic undertaking and involve not just the creation of a vagina but also surgical reconstruction of the whole pelvis by someone skilled in transgender surgery.

After this procedure and the grafting of a donor uterus, a complex hormone regimen would be required to support a pregnancy prior to and after embryo transfer (although this could be done, as we provide similar hormone regimens to menopausal women to support a pregnancy).
[i'd go with adoption]

Lesbians are not men with uteruses. They are women. Enough already.

A lot of them dress like men, physically alter themselves to look like men, act like men, etc

Lol @ Dew!

I say hell yeah! I love my son dearly, but to have another birth? Let him take one for the team and get fat.

Childbirth hurt like hell! Pulling a cabbage outta a mouse hole.

Men would have a c-section and take longer to heal than a vaginal birth.

Some men aren't close to their children, maybe give them a closer bond.

And yet - they are NOT men. And lesbians are not interested in MEN. Like I said, lesbians are not interested in men with uteruses. They are interested in women. And just because a woman doesn't wear skirts and blouses doesn't make her a man.
