Most important thing you've learned from past relationships?

Just because I could never imagine doing something, doesn't mean someone else wouldn't do that very thing. Applies to many realms of life.

2 things I learnt

i) As long as one is a woman, some guys will bite the bait.. LOL

ii) A male colleague in his 50s was lamenting when his wife gets supper, only remember to buy for the son and forget about his share.. When the wife is outside and calls home, only ask to talk to the son and Dun talk to him.. Make me realise one thing... Guys need to be doted on too !!!

A guy I practically grew up with, he got married in September of 04 and he got divorced in March or April of 05. He works for BNSF Railroad here in Kansas, and he made 70k that year and she spent it all. Later, he tells me.."Don't ever tell a woman ya love her, bc if you do and you find out what she's really after, it kind of changes your perspective on things", I was like.."Yeah, no sh/t".

He did get a daughter out of that relationship however for all intense purposes, he got screwed over, big time.
