Ok, I ended things with a guy who was a liar and jerk over a week ago. But I can't get over the fact that we never even touched each other. Not one bit. I hate to think that I let such a hot guy like that go without knowing how it would've felt to have sex with him.
Now that I've removed the emotional aspect out of this, how can I just tell him now that I only want to have sex with him?
How would you react if you were a guy - if some girl who formerly told you she wanted nothing to do with you, all of a sudden texts you and says, "Can we just have sex?"
I'm horny and he fits my physical attraction list, so now I think, I should have and why not, even though he was a jerk. After all, I don't want him as a romantic partner anymore, but I'm ok if we just have sex.
Really? He is a liar and a jerk but good enough to have sex with? Seek professional therapy, buy new batteries or do both.
I think you could pull it off if you just level with him, but he's going to think something is going down, so he might be a little cautious. If you can engage him in a few text and then call him with more details about your plan. Let him know he can stop by, and when.

I don't know if you are just debating or asking for advice.
If you want to have sex with anybody, you really don't need anybody's approval. Just make sure that you won't get emotionally hurt by this guy. Maybe it won't be worth it.
If you're going to have a FB, wouldn't you rather he be someone who is interested in your pleasure? Maybe "wowww look at THOSE ABS OMG" gets you off, but for me not so much.
