I typically lie about wanting a relationship because if I'm honest that all I want from her is that one thing and that I'm not remotely interested in exclusivity at any point, it would certainly be more difficult to get laid.

And you are the problem. Be honest and women like myself won't waste time with you. Look for the chicks that just want to get laid.
Sounds a little wordy. I would shorten it to something like, 'Right now I'm mostly focused on dating around, but if I clicked with the right person, I'd be open to having a relationship.'
